There’s a ton of technology in our lives. It can be overwhelming ​and just plain scary. So that’s why I created BoomerTeck.

I am an IT professional of over 40 years. I’ve hung up the spurs, ​and now I want to give back to folks who need some guidance ​and advice on how to navigate all the screens and blinking lights.

Such as:

• Cell phones - how do you use all those features? How do I ​connect it to my car?
• WiFi - dead spots? Not working well? lets take a look.
• How do I setup a new TV? And how big of a TV do I really ​need? 4K - that a price or a feature??

These are the kinds of things I help folks with. Old tech or new ​tech, I can help. And my rates are very reasonable.

Who is Count Darling anyway?

I have worked in the Information Technology industry for over 40 years. ​Having retired a couple of years ago, I’ve decided to give back to folks who ​are struggling with technology. I know how frustrating making things work ​can be, or worse, why things stopped working. I can help answer “why can’t ​it do this?”, and “why does it do that?”.

I have helped many folks in NWA. I’ve helped clients upgrade and migrate to ​new PCs. I’ve helped connect cellphones to cars so they can do hands-free ​calling, as well as add those phone features to the car. I’ve helped fix WiFi ​that really didn’t even work in the next room - and gave them all the speed ​they were paying for.
